OASIS - Organization
for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards
OASIS is a not-for-profit, global consortium that drives the development,
convergence, and adoption of e-business standards. Members themselves
set the OASIS technical agenda, using a lightweight, open process
expressly designed to promote industry consensus and unite disparate
efforts. OASIS produces worldwide standards for security, Web services,
XML conformance, business transactions, electronic publishing, topic
maps and interoperability within and between marketplaces. OASIS
has more than 500 corporate and individual members in 100 countries
around the world. ACORD represents the Insurance in the OASIS Universal
Business Language (UBL) Technical Committee, which works to define
standard XML business forms for electronic commerce.

ACORD is a global nonprofit insurance association whose mission
is to facilitate the development and use of standards for the insurance
and related financial services industries. ACORD accomplishes its
mission by remaining an objective, independent advocate for sharing

AMS Users Group
The AMS Users' Group is a not-for-profit trade association that
represents more than 11,000 independent insurance agencies. Members
use AMS management systems to automate their agencies.
ASCnet (Applied Systems Client
Network)
ASCnet provides educational services and products and represents
its members' interests in automation. An international association,
ASCnet (formerly NAUGAS) has 4,400 members, representing over 50
percent of all users of The Agency Manager worldwide. The organization
extends across the North American continent to Canada and across
the seas to Jamaica, the Bahamas, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin
Islands, Scotland and the United Kingdom.
Ebix Users Association (EUA)
EUA is a non-for-profit trade association that represents independent
insurance agencies using ebix.com, Inc.'s products to automate their
agencies. Its mission is to promote profitability and professionalism
through the use of automation.
